At Sklue, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This policy details our shipping, processing, and delivery procedures.

 

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

 

  • All orders are processed on the same day they are confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, a shipment tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or SMS.

 

2. Serviceable Locations

 

  • We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

We offer two shipping options:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping is available for all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping and handling fee applies to all COD orders. This fee will be clearly stated at checkout.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Please Note: Delivery timelines may be subject to delays due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email/SMS. You can also use the "Track Order" feature on our website.

 

6. Change of Mind, Damages, or Incorrect Items

 

We have a detailed policy for all return, refund, and exchange scenarios.

  • Change of Mind: As detailed in our Return Policy, you may refuse an unopened package at the time of delivery for a full refund.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
